Shift leaders run each shift, assigning prep tasks, support the entire shift in their various assigned positions, help assess prep for the next shift, communicate issues to upper leadership, and coach the team. They also take part in weekly leadership meetings, and leadership development training.

How to Apply
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must:
- Be willing to go through a multi-step interview process
- Have at least 2 year experience leading others in a full-time role
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
